Our Local Approach

If we don’t go, we don’t grow.

We believe that if we are not doing ministry (reaching out in Christ’s name), we don’t grow (learning together to live like Christ).

We want to be partners with those who are already out in the community doing ministry with people and resources, in order to accomplish what God has called them to.

We accomplish this through two programs:

The Nehemiah Project– Faith-based community forums, youth-series, and partnerships

Church Planting– Recruiting and equipping new missionaries 

Our Global Approach 

We approach the mandate and commitment to reach the world out with the gospel in the following ways:

Sending missionaries to unreached villages and communities

Establishing places of worship

Supporting strategic projects and community-based programs

Providing short-term and long-term travel and ministry opportunities

Our approach involves recruiting, training, and undergirding the ministry of a growing interdenominational family of missionaries, both short term, and long term, to reach out locally and internationally with the love of God by sharing the gospel through a holistic ministry that:

Compassionately meets the needs of hurting people

Evangelizes the lost

Disciples the born again, and

Establishes new converts into the body and ministry of local churches

Develops leaders and agents of change

 Go Ye Ministries Int’l also serves as an umbrella organization to assist in the administration and representation of the individual.   

Operations

Go Ye Ministries is an organization charged with the task of liberating the entire world from sin, sickness, poverty, failure, lack, ignorance, illiteracy, poor governance/leadership, and all such curses/vices through Bible teachings and training, evangelism, schooling men and women to exploits in life, and releasing them to their full potentials, the pursuit of their purpose and destiny so that they can benefit their world.

Our missionary activities will start here in (Portland) U.S.A, with the East part of Africa as our focus, under the program “Go Ye African Gospel Invasion Program- fondly known as Ignite”. This program represents phase one of our missionary work.

Local men and women of God will be carefully selected, trained, and commissioned to unreached villages and communities to serve. Due to the clear-cut transformation and obvious improvements in people's lives after attending the training, our mission will include leadership training.

The coverage of the operations of the commission is the entire world as it is spelled out in the mandate. Subsequently, phase two of our mission program is commissioned and tagged ‘Mission to the World’. This is expected to network the remaining continents of the earth with our missionary activities. That is, sending missionaries and materials to other parts of the world in pursuit of our set objectives.

We believe that the positive influence would be generated, as it had been in the African nations where we will presently focus on.

The Go Ye ministries will seek opportunities to alleviate the sufferings of the masses not only by the Biblical teachings but also by providing community development, relief support, and materials as needed and in a timely manner.

Weekly prayers

Held at our local church, our prayers do not discriminate and are open to all members of the community. 

Annual gatherings

Our community organizes various events, from Christmas celebrations to Easter festivities and Thanksgiving prayers.

Bible groups

Our Bible reading groups meet up a couple of times during the week, so you can choose which one suits your life the best.
